Emmanul Danquah, a Minneapolis-based videographer known as South Side Chief, was accused of being the killer due to an argument he had with the rapper on Instagram Live in 2021 over a stolen t-shirt design.<\/p>\n<p>Despite there being no evidence linking him to the crime, various <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>rs have used clips of their spat to paint Danquah as the gunman, with some erroneously claiming their argument took place shortly before PnB Rock\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\" inserted=\"shortcode\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit300\" class=\"adUnits\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><script>\n                        if(isMobile){\n                            window.catalyst.cmd.push(\"loadAds\", [[\"incontent\", \"contentUnit300\", \"section_post_inarticle\"]]);\n                        }\n                    <\/script><br \/>\nIn a recent interview with the\u00a0<em>Drea O Show<\/em>, Danquah pushed back against the rumors and denied he was behind the Philadelphia rapper\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want everybody to know I had nothing to do with the murder of PnB Rock,\u201d he said. \u201cI wasn\u2019t there, I didn\u2019t make an \u2018OG phone call\u2019 or anything.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fans have been running up PnB Rock\u2019s streaming numbers since his tragic death.\u00a0According to\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/pnb-rock-death-streams-selfish-charts\/\"><em>Billboard<\/em><\/a>, the late rapper\u2019s catalog registered 30.5 million U.S. on-demand streams the week of his death, marking an increase of 651.9 percent from the week prior.<\/p>\n<p>Drake, Nicki Minaj and Young Thug are among those who have paid tribute to PnB Rock in the wake of his death.
