It\u2019s seriously becoming a <em>will they or won\u2019t they<\/em> situation \u2014 and not the fun kind!<\/p>\n<p>As we\u2019ve been reporting, the quarterback and his wife have reportedly been having some marital issues following a fight that may or may not have been over Tom\u2019s super controversial return to the <strong>NFL<\/strong> after just a 40-day retirement. We just heard this week the split is already in the final stages \u2014 as the pair have hired divorce lawyers and have been living separately for the last few weeks! And then on Tuesday Gisele was photographed without her wedding ring! We learned she\u2019s been talking to divorce lawyers for a lot longer than we originally thought! For \u201cweeks\u201d in fact!<\/p>\n<p>According to an insider for <em>Page Six<\/em>, the beginning of the end started a while ago:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cGisele has been talking to a divorce lawyer for a while but to my knowledge has not filed anything and is still talking to Tom about their issues. This is not something that just h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened today.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"highlight\">Whoa.<\/p>\n<p>Lots of people see how much lawyers cost and decide to try again \u2014 as the source notes \u2014 but that\u2019s no real reassurance:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_1-0-8\">\u201cMany people talk to lawyers but don\u2019t go through with it when the realities of money set in. It\u2019s clear there\u2019s still a lot of things up in the air about this potential split. Maybe the couple isn\u2019t entirely ready to give it all up yet? Maybe Tom\u00a0<em>will<\/em> perform one major gesture? Who knows for sure what they\u2019ll eventually decide\u2026<\/p>\n<p>We truly hope no matter what happens, their kids \u2014 12-year-old <strong>Benjamin<\/strong> and 9-year-old <strong>Vivian<\/strong> \u2014 aren\u2019t caught in the middle.
