But what he wrote in the caption had people instantly concerned:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIf it wasn\u2019t 4 my Kidz I would jump off and die tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Related: Constance Wu Recalls Her Time In Psychiatric Hospital After Suicide Attempt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ray J \u2013 whose real name is <strong>William Ray Norwood Jr.<\/strong> \u2013 shares 4-year-old daughter <strong>Melody Love<\/strong> and 2-year-old son <strong>Epik Ray<\/strong> with estranged wife<strong> Princess Love<\/strong>. It\u2019s scary to hear how he felt his children were the only things keeping him alive \u2014 and that wasn\u2019t the only frightening post either. Another clip saw the <em>Moesha<\/em> alum dangling his feet over the ledge while he panned the camera to the ground below him. He wrote alongside the video:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSHOULD I JUST JUMP off and end it rit [sic]. Now!!! ????\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ray J then took to Instagram Stories to share more videos and pictures of his surroundings at the time, captioning one video of the moon, \u201cIF I DIE TONIGHT.\u201d He then followed up the post with another vid of the ground beneath him that read:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201ctrying to figure it out \u2013 maybe this life was a illusion \u2013 maybe the next life was my real reality.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>While the television personality removed the videos by Friday morning, many fans understandably have been terrified for Ray and took to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a><\/strong> to send their love to him:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe love you Ray J. The insider noted that the videos were taken while he was \u201con vacation with Princess Love,\u201d adding:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHe thought about issuing an Instagram statement about it but changed his mind and is being vague.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Even if the footage is old, it\u2019s still worrisome to hear the 41-year-old struggle in that way.
