A special preview of the new show will air on <strong>Sunday, November 27th<\/strong> but the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> will not officially premiere until sometime in early 2023. The show, unlike <em>Bob\u2019s Burgers, The Simpsons,<\/em> and <em>Family Guy<\/em>, is owned in-house, by FOX Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Set in mythical ancient Greece, <em>Krapopolis<\/em> revolves around a dysfunctional family of humans, gods, and monsters. The cast of the animated series includes Hannah Waddingham, Richard Ayoade, Matt Berry, Pam Murphy, and Duncan Trussell.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s the renewal announcement from FOX:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>FOX ORDERS SECOND SEASON OF UPCOMING ANIMATED SERIES \u201cKRAPOPOLIS,\u201d FROM EMMY AWARD-WINNING CREATOR DAN HARMON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Series Owned by FOX Entertainment Set to Premiere in 2023 and be Introduced to International Buyers at MIPCOM CANNES<\/p>\n<p>In advance of its series premiere, FOX Entertainment has renewed its all-new animated comedy Krapopolis for a second season. From Emmy Award-winning creator and executive producer Dan Harmon (co-creator of Rick and Morty), Krapopolis marks FOX Entertainment\u2019s first wholly owned animated series and is produced by FOX\u2019s Emmy-winning animation studio, Bento Box Entertainment. The announcement was made today by Michael Thorn, President of Entertainment, FOX Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-136187\"><\/span>Krapopolis is set in mythical ancient Greece and tells the story of a dysfunctional family of humans, gods and monsters that try their hand at running the world\u2019s first cities \u2013 without trying to kill each other, that is. The series features the voices of Emmy Award winner Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Richard Ayoade (The IT Crowd), Matt Berry (What We Do in The Shadows), Pam Murphy (Mapleworth Murders) and Duncan Trussell (The Midnight Gospel). Krapopolis will premiere in 2023. The company\u2019s recently formed content sales unit, FOX Entertainment Global, will introduce the comedy to international program buyers at MIPCOM CANNES this month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs you can imagine, anything Dan Harmon does is unflinchingly irreverent and filled with his signature, bold characters; and these early episodes of Krapopolis far surpass even our highest expectations,\u201d said Thorn. \u201cWhile we continue to evolve FOX\u2019s animation brand, it\u2019s a true delight watching Dan and his team work their magic on Krapopolis. But it\u2019s an even bigger thrill to be so confident in this special project to be able to reward it with an early renewal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Krapopolis is an outgrowth of Harmon\u2019s direct animation deal with FOX Entertainment. In the series, Ayoade voices \u201cTyrannis,\u201d the mortal son of a goddess. He\u2019s the benevolent King of Krapopolis trying to make do in a city that lives up to its name. Waddingham plays \u201cDeliria,\u201d Tyrannis\u2019 mother, goddess of self-destruction and questionable choices. Within her extended Olympian family \u2013 forged in patricide and infidelity \u2013 she\u2019s known as the trashy one. Berry is \u201cShlub,\u201d Tyrannis\u2019 father, a mantitaur (half centaur [horse + human], half manticore [lion + human + scorpion]). He is oversexed and underemployed, claims to be an artist and has literally never paid for anything, in any sense of that word, for his entire life. Murphy voices \u201cStupendous,\u201d Tyrannis\u2019 half-sister, daughter of Deliria and a cyclops. Trussell plays \u201cHippocampus,\u201d Tyrannis\u2019 half-brother, offspring of Shlub and a mermaid, and, obviously, a hot mess, biologically speaking.<\/p>\n<p>In August, FOX Entertainment\u2019s Web3 <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> and creative <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> company Blockchain Creative Labs launched krapopolis.com \u2014 a dedicated marketplace for the program, marking network television\u2019s first animated series to be curated on the blockchain \u2014 which sells digital goods and NFTs that provide fans exclusive experiences, including access to token-gated content, exclusive show voting rights, private Discord channels and access to meet-and-greets with the cast and crew.<\/p>\n<p>Krapopolis is produced by FOX Entertainment\u2019s Emmy-winning animation studio, Bento Box Entertainment. The program is fully owned by FOX Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>About Dan Harmon<br \/>\nWriter, producer, creator and actor Dan Harmon is the Emmy-winning creator\/executive producer of the comedy series Community, the co-creator\/executive producer of Adult Swim\u2019s Rick &amp; Morty, and creator and executive producer of FOX\u2019s Krapopolis. Rick &amp; Morty premiered in December of 2013 and quickly became a ratings hit, breaking records as the #1 comedy in key demos and garnering consecutive Emmy wins for Outstanding Animated Program.
