Using a handy marketing feature called Multi-Send, you can send email blasts inside or outside your organization.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_note\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> As of August 2022, Google Workspace subscribers with the following accounts can <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/mail\/answer\/11243118\">use the feature<\/a>: Workspace Individual, Business Standard or Plus, Enterprise Starter, Standard, or Plus, and Education Standard or Plus.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gmail_Multi-Send_Features_and_Limits\"><\/span>Gmail Multi-Send Features and Limits<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When you enable Multi-Send in the Compose window, the header turns purple and a Continue button replaces the Send button. You\u2019ll also see a message at the bottom of the window confirming you\u2019re in Multi-Send mode.<\/p>\n<p>A unique Unsubscribe link is added to each email. Recipients can use the link to unsubscribe or resubscribe and you\u2019ll receive notifications for these actions. If you include a recipient who previously unsubscribed, they are automatically removed from the email.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the following <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/workspaceupdates.googleblog.com\/2022\/07\/new-integrated-marketing-tools-for-gmail.html\">limitations<\/a> in mind when using the feature:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multi-Send is available for external recipients by default for Google Workspace Business customers.<\/li>\n<li>Multi-Send is limited to internal recipients by default for Google Workspace Enterprise Starter and above along with Google Workspace for Education accounts. Check with your admin for sending mass emails to external recipients.<\/li>\n<li>You can add up to 1,500 recipients in the To field which is the maximum number of emails you can send per day.<\/li>\n<li>There is no limit to the number of distinct recipients you can send to each month.<\/li>\n<li>You can only have one recipient in the CC or BCC field and that recipient receives a copy of each email.<\/li>\n<li>You cannot use Reply, Forward, Scheduling, or Confidential mode when using Multi-Send.<\/li>\n<li>The feature doesn\u2019t support mail merge or email personalization.<\/li>\n<li>If you add an attachment, the size for that attachment in each email counts toward your storage. To avoid this, you can share a link to the file in Google Drive instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Create_Mass_Emails_Using_Multi-Send\"><\/span>Create Mass Emails Using Multi-Send<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019re ready to create your announcement, <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>letter, or other communication with Multi-Send, head to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/mail.google.com\/mail\/\">Gmail<\/a>, sign in, and select Compose.<\/p>\n<p>In the bottom toolbar of the Compose window, click the Multi-Send button (double envelope) to enable the feature. The first time you use the feature, you\u2019ll see a brief explanation of it, select \u201cTurn On\u201d to continue. You can also use a mailing list from Google Contacts. To do so, select the Recipient field and click \u201cTo\u201d which opens a pop-up window for your contacts. Select \u201cContinue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The first time you use the feature, you\u2019ll a message about email best practices and avoiding junk mail. It might be a good idea to select \u201cLearn More\u201d for additional information so that you adhere to these practices.
