But when you talk publicly enough, you can\u2019t ignore the elephant in the room forever.<\/p>\n<p>On this week\u2019s episode of\u00a0his SiriusXM podcast <em>Let\u2019s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray<\/em>, the\u00a0<strong>Tampa Bay Buccaneer<\/strong> mentioned \u201cgoing through\u201d some stuff. Monday was Mental Health Awareness Day, and the conversation was a good one, all about mental maintenance. Tom opened up to his co-hosts about his much-talked-about troubles:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere\u2019s things I\u2019m going through in my 40s and it\u2019s life\u2026 And you learn to grow up and you learn to deal with life. And that\u2019s what we\u2019re all trying to do. We\u2019re trying to do it the best way we can.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s true. It\u2019s not very specific, but it\u2019s true! LOLz! We\u2019ve heard that specifically Tom is dealing with his wife being ready to \u201cmove on\u201d \u2014 and not thinking there\u2019s any salvaging the relationship. There have been conflicting reports on whether this rift was mostly caused by Tom going back to the <strong>NFL<\/strong> less than two months after retiring, but we\u2019ve also heard there\u2019s been trouble in paradise for much longer than anyone realized.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: TikTok Witches Claim Gisele Is Taking Back Power She Gave Tom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A large part of the convo, in fact, was about how Tom had problems, too \u2014 that no one\u2019s life is perfect. Noting how \u201ceveryone has different situations\u201d causing them stress, he said carefully:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI think you realize that there\u2019s a lot, especially in today\u2019s day and age, with how fast things are h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ening in life for all of us, and the amount of responsibilities we have.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As for everyone\u2019s perception that he\u2019s a superhero, well, it sounds like he makes that same mistake sometimes, admitting he\u2019s the type of guy who holds himself to a \u201ccertain standard that we\u2019re almost inhuman.\u201d But the healthy way to deal with it, he says, is with \u201ca great support system\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cYou wake up every day trying to do the best you can do, understanding that life has its stresses. And to deal with them with a great support system and understanding and having some introspectiveness in your life where you can look at yourself and say, \u2018Where do I need to commit my time and energy to? And how can I lessen some of the stress and lessen the burden on me so that I can be good for people around me.\u2019 \u2026\u00a0So those are all different things that I work at.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It sounds like he\u2019s trying so hard. It\u2019s heartbreaking to hear this knowing that his support system is losing a cornerstone at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>Then again, we obviously don\u2019t know everything about what\u2019s been going on with Tom and Gisele behind closed doors.
