Knicks <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s because they represent clients in a suit against Madison Square Garden, new court papers allege.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyers at Davidoff Hutcher &amp; Citron LLP say on Sept. 7 \u2014 two weeks after they filed a lawsuit on behalf of ticket resellers against MSG \u2014 the firm received notice from an MSG lawyer \u201cbanning all of its attorneys from entering venues owned and operated by MSG,\u201d according to a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit from Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the firm\u2019s lawyers aren\u2019t involved and don\u2019t know anything about the lawsuit against MSG, yet are all being unfairly banned and are <\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Firm co-founder and managing partner Larry Hutcher has been particularly hard hit since he\u2019s held two season tickets for the Knicks since 1976 and already promised them to charities, clients, friends and family before their revocation, the suit says.<\/p>\n<p>MSG has claimed Hutcher\u2019s tickets expired, which Hutcher says can\u2019t be true since he already paid in full \u2013 $18,000 for the 2022 to 2023 season, the court papers claim.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reality is that MSG issued this notice to plaintiffs to harass and intimidate because certain individual plaintiffs represent parties adverse to MSG,\u201d the suit charges.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline-slideshow\" data-component=\"inlineSlideshow\">\n<div <\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The suit is asking for an emergency order from a judge to reinstate Hutcher\u2019s season tickets and overturn the ban against the firm.<\/p>\n<p>MSG previously banned at least two other firms involved in merger litigation earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>MSG spokesperson Natalie Ravitz told The Post the company in June put in place a policy barring lawyers involved in litigation against MSG from attending events until the cases are resolved.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile we understand this is dis<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointing to some individuals, MSG has both a right and obligation to protect itself during litigation procedures,\u201d Ravitz said.<\/p>\n<p>Ravitz said after Davidoff Hutcher &amp; Citron filed suit they refunded Hutcher for his season tickets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the firm of Davidoff Hutcher &amp; Citron filed a lawsuit against us in September, their attorneys fell under that policy. Pursuant to that policy, a refund was issued to Mr. Hutcher,\u201d Ravitz said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe courts have repeatedly affirmed that MSG has the right to refuse to offer tickets to anyone, for any reason at all, as long as civil rights laws are not violated, and that a ticket is a \u2018revocable license\u2019 which may be revoked, at will, at any time, by the owner of the venue,\u201d the statement continued.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
