The exes share a 20-year-old son, <strong>Kassius<\/strong>. At the time, she claimed Brian and his then-wife <strong>Megan Fox<\/strong> hadn\u2019t seen Kassius in five years. Taking to Instagram, she addressed the court fight, claiming the actor was the one suing her for full custody and child support, saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father &amp; his stepmother trying to get full custody(that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support. They lost that case &amp; a civil case asking me for 200,000.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The <em><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Hospital <\/em>alum also insisted she \u201cnever asked for child support of any kind\u201d and \u201chad never tried to take time away from Kass\u2019 dad seeing him. In July 2019, Kassius revealed on IG:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe\u2019re going to be staying here for a bit. I\u2019m here for a week.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>After the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>, Vanessa implied the family members were back on good terms \u2014 suggesting Brian had held Kassius at arm\u2019s length until then.
