This year we took the opportunity to celebrate some members of our staff! All with hip-hop music and stylistic influences thrown in!&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#f39c12\"><strong>What does Hispanic Heritage Month mean to you?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To me, <em>Hispanic Heritage Month<\/em> means that we, as a people, are headed in the right direction! A celebration of &quot;Hispanics&quot; &mdash; a rich and diverse population &mdash; makes me hopeful that collectively&nbsp;we, as Americans, are moving toward an epoch where our shared racial and cultural heritages can be celebrated in the same inclusive fashion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aldair_Maldonado_HRIS_Analyst\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size:26px\"><strong>Aldair Maldonado: HRIS Analyst<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Aldair Maldonado\" src=\"https:\/\/img1.ak.crunchyroll.com\/i\/spire2\/69e2f242049f01ac1da38f016e7bd79d1665765047_main.jpg\" style=\"width: 640px;height: 768px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#f39c12\"><strong>What anime means the most to you?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#f39c12\"><em><strong>Dragon Ball Z<\/strong><\/em><\/span>. I was introduced to the show around the mid to late 90s. At the time, before my older brother immigrated from El Salvador, he used to watch it in his hometown and had always talked to me about how amazing the Saiyan and Frieza Saga were. What captivated me the most was the transformations he would describe and how the villains and heroes would get stronger. It would give me chills just listening to his episode recaps.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#f39c12\"><strong>What does Hispanic Heritage Month mean to you?<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Hispanic Heritage Month<\/em> means to me a chance to reflect on the achievements and culture of Hispanics all across the world. That said, manga was my first love. I lived for new chapters of <span style=\"color:#f39c12\"><em><strong>Naruto<\/strong><\/em><\/span> and <em><strong>Nana<\/strong><\/em>, just to name a few.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#f39c12\"><strong>What does Hispanic Heritage Month mean to you?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For me, my Hispanic heritage represents hard work, commitment to loved ones, and resilience.
