These bonds will be issued by the Ministry of Finance.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.themarker.com\/markets\/2022-10-19\/ty-article\/.premium\/00000183-eeaa-dfb9-a5f7-efaa3b290000\">broke out<\/a> in the local <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> on Oct. 19. Coming under the name \u201cEden,\u201d the new project is intended to reduce costs and optimize the procedure of national bonds issuance. As the Accountant <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a>, Yali Rothenberg told the public: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI believe that blockchain-based technologies are here to stay, and over time will permeate the core of the financial markets, thoroughly and deeply altering them. It is our duty to constantly examine new technologies and methodologies.\u201d\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>During the live test, the participating banks will receive a new <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> of tokenized government bonds on their e-wallets via the project platform, transferring the money held in digital currencies to the e-wallet of the Israeli government. The World Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia became pioneers back in 2018, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/news\/press-release\/2019\/08\/16\/world-bank-issues-second-tranche-of-blockchain-bond-via-bond-i\">raising<\/a> A$110 million for two-year blockchain bonds. In 2021, the European Investment Bank followed the path by <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eib.org\/en\/press\/all\/2021-141-european-investment-bank-eib-issues-its-first-ever-digital-bond-on-a-public-blockchain\">issuing<\/a> 100 million euros in digital bonds. <\/p>\n<p>While the most prominent national example is El Salvador, which ties its \u201cBitcoin bonds\u201d to a larger crypto-centered strategy of development, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.idbinvest.org\/en\/news-media\/idb-group-and-davivienda-bank-issue-colombias-first-blockchain-bond\">Colombia<\/a> and the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=philippines+digital+bond&amp;oq=philippines+digital+bond&amp;aqs=chrome.0.69i59j0i22i30j69i60.2569j0j9&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\">Philippines<\/a> have also dipped their toes in digitalizing the government bonds.
