But for once it was a guest that brought it instead of a co-host!<\/p>\n<p>On Monday\u2019s episode, the ladies invited Senator\u00a0<strong>Ted Cruz<\/strong> to come talk to\u2026 ugh, really? Ted Cruz? <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>arently they\u2019re totally fine letting anyone come on and shill their new book, even people who tried to help overthrow the government. Gross.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, they were laughing with Ted \u201cEven Bob &amp; Elizabeth Dole Hated Me\u201d Cruz when a group of activists stood up in the audience and started heckling him. Well, it appears three women began chanting:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cCover climate now!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In recent days climate activists have defaced classic paintings by Van Gogh and Monet by throwing soup and mashed potatoes on them. Frankly we\u2019d rather they do this. An interview with Ted \u201cTrump Called My Wife Ugly On TV And I Still Kiss His Ass\u201d Cruz is hardly a freakin\u2019 Monet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: New York State Suing Donald Trump For A QUARTER OF A BILLION DOLLARS!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Though this was ostensibly about climate and its lack of real discussion on <em>The View<\/em>, one of the women did shout out:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cF**k you, Ted Cruz!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ted \u201cI called the January 6 insurrectionists patriots\u201d Cruz actually kept talking the whole time, apparently tuning it out \u2014 which makes sense we guess, as it would be the first time he ever was accused of listening to women\u2019s voices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whoopi Goldberg<\/strong>, on the other hand, stopped everything and went full teacher mode, castigating the audience members:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cExcuse me! Ladies, ladies! Excuse us! Let us do our jobs. We hear what you have to say, but you gotta go! Ted Cruz\u2019s appearance protesting about climate. They were promptly escorted out by security.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>On the air when they returned,\u00a0<strong>Ana Navarro<\/strong> actually apologized to Ted \u201cActually Got Into A <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> Beef With Big Bird From Sesame Street\u201d Cruz, saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI\u2019ve been very vocal and critical of you, but I\u2019m sorry that this has happened in our house.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Hmm. It\u2019s rude to be sure, but\u2026 should a man like Ted \u201cI Tried To Decertify The 2020 Election To End Democracy For A Seat Under The Table As Trump\u2019s Lapdog\u201d Cruz be invited on a show like\u00a0<em>The View<\/em> to spread his disgusting messages at all? It\u2019s one thing when folks from either side of the aisle are debating differences on issues \u2014 it\u2019s another when people come on and spread propaganda about the Big Lie of the election being stolen. You know, the kind of talk that foments anger and violence and is threatening to start another civil war. Plenty of fans were more offended by the Ted talk, too, writing on\u00a0<strong>Twitter<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTed Cruz is a treasonous, misogynistic, racist, xenophobic, transphobic, homophobic, lying a**hole. Can\u2019t believe #TheView is giving him airtime.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTed Cruz just went on @TheView to say the 2020 election was stolen in case you\u2019re wondering how the GOP\u2019s misinformation campaign is being aired on network TV two years after January 6th (it\u2019s going really well for them!)\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo Whoopi the Ted Cruz protesters on climate change should not have to go. You shouldn\u2019t even be giving him a platform to spread misinformation, hatred and fear mongering to begin with. #TheView\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd after Ted Cruz was able to shout his lies over a panel of 5 women successfully, Whoopi looks to the camera, visibly upset, and promotes his book while telling the audience they get a free copy.
