Much more fun,\u201d Thomas <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insider.com\/et-40th-anniversary-henry-thomas-interview-2022-10\">revealed to Insider<\/a>\u00a0in a recent interview.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t really hang out with Leo,\u201d he added. \u201cBut I hung out with Brad.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe got along pretty well so we had fun. He opened up about how hard it was to gr<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>le with stardom at such an early age.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>\u201cIt was difficult for a time as a teenager kind of wanting to distance myself from being a boy and always being associated with being 10 years old,\u201d he told Insider. \u201cSo that was tough as a young guy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cE.T.\u201d became a huge success at the time, grossing over $350 million at the US box office. The role earned Thomas a Young Artist Award for best young motion picture actor and a BAFTA nomination for most outstanding newcomer.<\/p>\n<p>He lamented in another interview <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.com\/henry-thomas-et-spielberg-cloak-dagger-universal-thing-1849684012\">with Gizmodo<\/a> that he can\u2019t enjoy\u00a0\u201cE.T.\u201d like other viewers. \u201cI can never watch anything that I\u2019m in. Because the film was such a success, I think there was a big push from the studio and the financial side of things to follow it up with another hit,\u201d the father-of-three said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut Steven was always reticent to touch it again, and I think it\u2019s his classic film.
