The prosecution also alleged that he poses a \u201cthreat to public safety.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/share.tmz.com\/watch\/2022-10-26-102622-tory-lanez-1506931-819\/\" width=\"560\" height=\"395\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Tory Lanez\u2019s attorney, Shawn Holley, didn\u2019t agree with the judge\u2019s ruling as \u201cno charges had been filed in the Alsina case, and there were only allegations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cSay It\u201d artist will start serving his house arrest on Friday (October 28) and wear an ankle monitor 24\/7 until the trial begins in late November.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0<em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/tory-lanezs-alleged-assault-of-august-alsina-being-investigated-by-los-angeles-da\/\">Pitchfork<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>the September incident is still being investigated by the Los Angeles County district attorney\u2019s office. In an Instagram post dated September 18, Alsina claimed Lanez assaulted him after he \u201crefused to dap him up or shake his hand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lanez is\u00a0accused of shooting at\u00a0Megan and wounding both of her feet in July 2020.
