For nearly a decade, I associated with the Democratic Party because I felt its values aligned with mine. Being a Democrat was part of my political identity; I even felt comfortable with the mantra \u201cVote blue no matter who.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the Democratic Party I once supported is unrecognizable, and my political association with it is no longer. On Sunday, for the first time in my life, I voted Republican and did it without hesitation.<\/p>\n<p>We often talk about Americans having shared values and principles, sometimes to the point of not discussing them because they\u2019re so blatantly obvious. Two of those principles were you do not harm children and you do not sexualize children. They were never politically debated because no one in his right mind would argue against them \u2014 yet my former party is, making them the hill to die on under the illusion of being progressive.<\/p>\n<p>Despite mutilating children being an overwhelmingly unpopular stance, Democrats have cemented themselves in this hardline radical position and no longer care what moderate Democrats and independents think about it.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/coleman-353.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"This education includes masturbation.\" class=\"wp-image-24524458\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/coleman-353.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/coleman-353.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/coleman-353.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>Rhode Island state Sen. Democrats want you to believe it\u2019s care by means of mutilation, and if you don\u2019t support this progressive form of care, you\u2019re a bigot. I\u2019d rather they think I\u2019m a bigot than co-sign the policies of immoral monsters.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>Mainstream Democrats now see <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a>ly progressive concepts as feasible for all instead of fashionable for a few. They\u2019ve gone from pro-choice to pro-abortion, which are two entirely different things. They\u2019ve gone from \u201cIt\u2019s a difficult decision for a woman to make\u201d to showcasing the \u201cShout your abortion\u201d crowd.<\/p>\n<p>I believe in the liberal value of accepting people for who they are, but they\u2019ve targeted our children to expose them to radical gender ideology and sexual discussions under the guise of accepting people who are under the rainbow.<\/p>\n<p>Rhode Island state Sen. Tiara Mack, for example, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nyunews.com\/opinion\/2022\/02\/25\/sex-ed-pleasure-tiara-mack\/\">openly advocates<\/a> teaching \u201cpleasure-based sexual relations\u201d in the classroom. The average American didn\u2019t ask teachers to instruct our minor children on the pleasures of masturbation and sex. What is she thinking?<\/p>\n<p>This party is now tainted by progressive perverts, and even moderate Democratic politicians have lost their moral compass and promote this unpopular boutique vision for America. They said your job wasn\u2019t essential and your business can\u2019t operate while allowing hundreds of people at a time to enter every Walmart, Costco and Target across this nation. Paying our bills and feeding our children <em>is<\/em> essential \u2014 I don\u2019t care what any politician says.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>If you didn\u2019t lose your job, Democratic politicians and the liberal media were pressuring your employer to create a hostile environment to force you to choose between an injection and employment. These were the same people who said before the 2020 election that they would never trust a vaccine started by the Trump administration.<\/p>\n<p>It was the hostile environment in Democrat stronghold New York City that emboldened my wife\u2019s employer to put my family\u2019s economics in jeopardy if she didn\u2019t get vaccinated. It was Democrat Joe Biden who tried leveraging the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to make my employment a nightmare if I didn\u2019t get vaccinated. It was Democrats\u2019 and the liberal media\u2019s incessant campaign that made someone I care about get the second booster and die two weeks later fighting a blood clot near his heart.<\/p>\n<p>The party of liberalism officially died during COVID \u2014 and was resurrected as the party of authoritarian zombies ready to police your speech, have you arrested if you didn\u2019t comply with its arbitrary mandates and have the federal government investigate you as terrorists if you vocalized your displeasure with your school board.<\/p>\n<p>My mother was right: You are the company you keep. And I want no association with this version of the Democratic Party. Today, I\u2019m an independent who has no choice but to vote Republican until the stench in the Democratic Party subsides.<\/p>\n<p>I cannot support an anti-natal, pro-lockdown and pro-perversion party.
