400;\">Gangsta Grillz<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Platinum Plaque.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In conjunction with <\/span><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/kirpa.co\/aboutUs\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KIRPA<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a brand-new digital auction house that specializes in memorabilia from icons of Hip Hop culture, (One of the first auctions of the platform featured EPMD\u2019s legendary <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/rockthebells.com\/articles\/epmd-launches-10-piece-memorabilia-collection-with-kirpa-auction-house\/\">10-piece memorabilia collection), <\/a>the trailblazing DJ is putting one of his most prized possessions up for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div Drama believes that the global influence of the Hip Hop culture made this moment possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u201cI chose to do this auction with KIRPA target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roached about it, and I really put it into perspective, I realized how genius of an idea it was and how important our culture is to the world. Black culture in <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> is the biggest import from America around the world. Then when we talk about Hip-Hop, how significant Hip Hop in the last 50 years has changed our world, has brought us closer together in so many ways,\u201d Drama told <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HipHopDX.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit\u201c300\u201d\" class=\"adUnits\" inserted=\"shortcode\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cYou have a generation of people of other colors that aren\u2019t of African American descent that grew up on this music, that because of it, view the world in a different way. There are items and pieces of history that so many of us have owned or have been a part of that you know, just as in other genres of music, mean something,\u201d he continued. \u201cHip Hop is the same, and has been, and needs to be respected in that way, and I saw the genius in the idea and concept and I feel like I would be a fool not to participate and be able to share with the world some of the things that have meant so much to me over the span of my career.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other auctions by<em> KIRPA <\/em>include Twista\u2019s customized collection \u201cthat boasts various awards, jewelry and apparel\u201d from his legendary career.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI\u2019m just in the whole vibe of it. When it was brought up to me, I lit up and just wanted to be a part of it,\u201d Twista said about the auction. \u201cAnd even though I\u2019m doing this part, I\u2019m anxious to be on the other side of the fence and seeing what I can get out of one the other guys.
