You can also create a distribution list inside Outlook for Mac and on the web.<\/p>\n<p>Do you often send emails to a specific set of people at once? By creating a contact group in Outlook, (formerly a distribution list) you can email all necessary recipients by simply entering the group name. You can pick people from your Outlook contact list or your address book. However, if you\u2019ve opted to stick with the legacy version for now, you can create lists quickly.<\/p>\n<p>To start making a distribution list on your Mac, launch the Outlook app. Then, select the \u201cPeople\u201d icon in the app\u2019s bottom-left corner.<\/p>\n<p>On the following screen, in the \u201cHome\u201d tab, select \u201cNew Contact List.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_note\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If the \u201cNew Contact List\u201d option is not clickable, head into Outlook &gt; Preferences &gt; General and disable the \u201cHide On My Computer Folders\u201d option.
