It turns out she had her eyes on Uncle Jesse\u00a0first! In Monday\u2019s new episode of <em>Armchair Expert<\/em>, <strong>John Stamos<\/strong> revealed his friend once tried to set him up with the <em>Good Place<\/em> actress after his divorce from <strong>Rebecca Romijn <\/strong>in 2005, but it didn\u2019t pan out into a romance. The <em>Full House<\/em> alum dished:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI was freshly divorced, there was some award show or party or after-party or something. And my press agent, <strong>Lewis K<\/strong>, says, \u2018There\u2019s this girl that wants to meet you. You gotta meet her. She\u2019s in the theater, she\u2019s fun, you guys will be great together.\u2019 It was Kristen.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>OMG! Can you imagine if this amounted to something real?? They would have been a very unexpected, but HAWT couple!<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63747e920cc5e-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Related: Dax Shepard Reveals He &amp; Kristen Bell Didn\u2019t Want A Second Child!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While the <em>Big Shot<\/em> star and <em>Frozen<\/em> voice artist did meet, John thought she was way too young for him, he explained:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI said, \u2018She\u2019s so adorable, she\u2019s so great, I\u2019m way the f**k too old.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63747e920cc61-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>To make it funnier, the <em>Parenthood<\/em> alum did some fast math and realized the actor has an even larger age gap with his current wife <strong>Caitlin McHugh<\/strong>, who is 36 while he is 59. Meanwhile, Kristen is now 47 \u2014 which really isn\u2019t that big of a difference compared to Caitlin. LOLz!! With that in mind, the <em>ER<\/em> star quipped:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThen I got over that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>Hah! Who knew Dax almost had such serious competition though?! But given the podcast host\u2019s impressive track record with the ladies (he once dated <strong>Ashley Olsen<\/strong>!), this story shouldn\u2019t surprise any of us. Dax and Kristen are both great catches!
