She admitted in her plea agreement that she and her wife, Rachel Wright, 28, dislocated two of Leviticus Kuchta\u2019s cervical vertebrae and his jaw, resulting in his death in Oct. 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Cops found the 10-year-old dead in his bed in the Wright couple\u2019s Merrillville home after Rachel called 911. <\/p>\n<p>The women initially claimed that Leviticus was injured while riding a dirt bike, but officers discovered dust and spider webs on the bike, and neighbors said they had not seen the boy outside since July, court records state.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"545\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/sister-pleads-guilty-tortuous-death-02.jpeg\" alt=\"Prosecutors said Leviticus Kuchta, 10, was covered in bruises and wounds from head to toe, and had infections on his hands and feet. \" class=\"wp-image-24687572\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/sister-pleads-guilty-tortuous-death-02.jpeg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 940w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/sister-pleads-guilty-tortuous-death-02.jpeg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=470 470w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\"\/><figcaption>Prosecutors said Leviticus Kuchta, 10, was covered in bruises and wounds from head to toe, and had infections on his hands and feet. <\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Family Handout<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Prosecutors said the boy\u2019s sister and her wife never sought medical care for Leviticus, whose numerous other injuries included cuts on his face, puncture wounds, infected fingers and toes, bruised eyes and \u201cfresh\u201d injuries to his testicles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was the punching bag for his sister and her wife,\u201d Lake County Supervisory Deputy Prosecutor Michelle Jatkiewicz wrote in court documents. \u201cThey had complete access to Leviticus, who had not access to help. The only way he would leave that house was in a body bag.
