The post which featured a romantic shot of the two of them gazing at one another read:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6376ca1547c2d-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And on Wednesday\u2019s episode of <em>Today with Hoda and Jenna<\/em>, the 44-year-old told the hosts it was a pretty clear moment when she realized divorce was the best option moving forward:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI knew when I really started to focus on my happiness.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>The <em>Sister, Sister<\/em> star went on to say she felt a certain pressure to focus on others\u2019 happiness \u2014 but when she decided to focus on herself things really started to change:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6376ca1547c31-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI feel like women, we tend to focus on everybody else\u2019s happiness, making sure that everybody else is OK \u2014 meaning our children, our friends, our family \u2014 but at the end of the day, it\u2019s about self-love.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Makes sense! You can only truly be as happy as your happiest self.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>Mowry said there was an \u201cawakening\u201d she experienced that led her to making the hard decision \u2014 but ultimately it was the right one:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-6376ca1547c34-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWhen you start to really work on yourself, love yourself, know your value and know your worth, then all of a sudden, there\u2019s this awakening. And it\u2019s not easy. It\u2019s a hard journey, but at the end of the day, I feel like it is so, so worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>With the help of therapy \u2014 and sadly the loss of family \u2014 the <em>Twitches<\/em> alum recalled she came to the decision. But she wants you to know an ended relationship isn\u2019t a failed one:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI look at it as, like, a curriculum. You\u2019re learning, you\u2019re growing, you\u2019re evolving, you\u2019re creating, and I was able to create with Cory some beautiful, amazing children. It\u2019s not about staying in something because however long you are in that situation that equals success. It\u2019s about really, again, are you happy?
