The \u2018armorer girl\u2019 had the gun pointed down, when it went off accidentally,\u201d the report says. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe second time, one of the stunt actors went to cock the gun and it went off accidentally inside a shack. Reese expressed his concern about accidental discharges occurring on this particular set, which is something that is not supposed to h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" Gutierrez-Reed had allegedly been prepping one of six guns when it fired toward her foot. <\/p>\n<p>Just a few minutes later, he said a gun discharged at a cabin set but it wasn\u2019t announced, the report details.  <\/p>\n<p>Addigo also claimed six cameramen walked off set that same day and that the head of the camera department had written a letter to the production company about the string of alleged mishaps. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the set\u2019s key rigging grip, John Ziello, claimed \u201cprotocols were not followed during the entire film\u201d when he was asked if there had been prior issues throughout filming, according to the report. <\/p>\n<p>Ziello also alleged that production \u201ccut every corner they could.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img police report confirms previous speculation about firearms accidentally going off on set prior to Hutchins\u2019 death.<\/p>\n<p>The release of the new report comes just weeks after the Santa Fe Sheriff\u2019s Department submitted its investigative findings to prosecutors \u2014 including the evidence collected, investigative interviews and the FBI\u2019s forensic analysis of physical evidence.<\/p>\n<p>While New Mexico\u2019s Office of the Medical Investigator determined the shooting was an accident, prosecutors are reviewing the findings to weigh criminal charges against those involved, including Baldwin. <\/p>\n<p>The sheriff\u2019s office had already made public a trove of files related to the deadly shooting, including bodycam footage of the fatally wounded Hutchins, witness interrogations, email and text threads, inventories of ammunition and hundreds of photographs.<\/p>\n<p>Sheriff Adan Mendoza had previously described \u201ca degree of neglect\u201d on the set but said the decision about potential criminal charges would be left to prosecutors.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" cross-draw on the Western film set when the gun discharged, fatally striking 42-year-old Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza, 49.<\/p>\n<p>The Hollywood star filed a lawsuit last week against those on set involved in handling and supplying him the loaded gun. <\/p>\n<p>Baldwin\u2019s lawsuit alleges negligence by Guttierez-Reed; prop master Sarah Zachry; first assistant director and safety coordinator David Halls, who handed Baldwin the gun; ammunition supplier Seth Kenney and his company, PDQ Arm &amp; Prop, which also supplied prop weapons for the production.<\/p>\n<p>They have all previously denied responsibility for the fatal shooting.<\/p>\n<p>Guttierez-Reed, the armorer, has filed her own lawsuit against the prop supplier, alleging he made \u201cfalse representations\u201d
