The tribal chief presented us a special tasty delicacy gift.<\/p>\n<p>The eyes of a sheep.<\/p>\n<p>A showman who knew many a magician, Joey managed to lose them in a pocket.<\/p>\n<p>Tahiti. Civilization\u2019s ago, I\u2019m heading to Marlon Brando\u2019s Tetiaroa home. South Pacific\u2019s the site of the classic movie \u201cRain.\u201d My cabin? Straw. It rained. I\u2019m in bed. So they move me to another spot. More rain. My Thanksgiving gift? The cabin caved in on me.<\/p>\n<p>By the time I got to Tetiaroa he\u2019d left. His backyard? No flowers, no shrubs. One motorcycle. His live-in local beauty said she does all the cooking, fixing, washing, cleaning, repairing, moving, laundry \u2014 and whatever else Marlon wanted.<\/p>\n<p>I did the as-told-to-me autobio of Indonesia\u2019s first president, Sukarno. Columbus\u2019 search was for the East Indies \u2014 10,000 disparate islands, each with their own language \u2014 until Sukarno united them into one country.<\/p>\n<p>His <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a>s led us to the thick jungles of Surabaya.
