We thought the case of the Delphi Murders was all over but the trial. Seems there may be more to it than that.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-637d6fc2348ba-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>At the end of last month police finally charged someone with the horrific murders of 14-year-old <strong>Liberty<\/strong> \u201c<strong>Libby<\/strong>\u201d <strong>German<\/strong>, and 13-year-old <strong>Abigail<\/strong> \u201c<strong>Abby<\/strong>\u201d <strong>Williams<\/strong>. The teens had been dropped off at the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana way back on February 13, 2017 \u2014 and were found dead nearby just hours later. After years of dead ends and frustrated families, <strong>Indiana State Police<\/strong> finally charged local man <strong>Richard Allen<\/strong> with the murders. The 50-year-old Delphi native lived nearby and was said to have spoken about the murders with friends. He even helped the family print out photos for the funeral. Terrifying.<\/p>\n<p>But as it turns out he may not be the only suspect involved.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Related: University Of Idaho Murders The Work Of A Serial Killer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-637d6fc2348bf-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Allen <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eared in court on Monday as <strong>Judge Fran Gull<\/strong> ruled on whether to unseal the arrest affidavit. Allen\u2019s team are trying to get the affidavit unsealed because they think it will show people how little evidence authorities have against their client. Attorney <strong>Andrew Baldwin<\/strong> told reporters outside the courthouse:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIt may be weird for defense lawyers I suppose to be arguing that we want things unsealed, but that\u2019s how confident we are in our client. That\u2019s how confident we are that the evidence contained, at least what\u2019s written in the probable cause affidavit, is nothing for us to worry about. We don\u2019t know what other evidence is out there, but we\u2019re confident that whatever is out there is not going to be enough to show that our client did anything here. He\u2019s confused. He\u2019s bewildered.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>He explained:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-637d6fc2348c2-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re going to read that probable cause affidavit online or wherever they get it, and hopefully that\u2019s going to ring a bell for somebody to help us out because he is innocent; he has told us that very emotionally.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Meanwhile prosecutors are trying to keep the affidavit sealed, they said, for an extremely important reason \u2014 it could jeopardize the ongoing investigation, in which there are still other perpetrators on their radar! Carroll County Prosecutor <strong>Nicholas McLeland<\/strong> said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe have good reason to believe that Allen was not alone. That there could be other actors.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-637d6fc2348c7-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Whoa! Multiple killers?! Accessories after the fact? What the heck are they talking about?!<\/p>\n<p>Baldwin says he has no idea about a \u201csecond suspect\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cIf you read the probable cause affidavit it does not mention anything about any other person. That was <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> to us.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-637d6fc2348ca-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Could police really believe there were others involved in the murders?? Or is this just legal maneuvering? If so, why haven\u2019t they charged anyone yet??<\/p>\n<p>For now the judge ruled the affidavit will remain sealed. So we guess the prosecution was convincing. Allen has a bond hearing in February.
