Goularte is being charged with sexually assaulting a relative of Velasquez. Additionally, the fighter filed a civil suit in June claiming Goularte molested his 4-year-old son. <\/p>\n<p>Velasquez did not hit Goularte during the attack, but mildly injured Goularte\u2019s stepfather Paul Bender, who helps Goularte\u2019s mother, Patricia, run the daycare center where Goularte allegedly abused Velasquez\u2019s son. Bender, Goularte, and Patricia, were all in the same car when shots were fired from Velasquez\u2019s vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday\u2019s ruling comes less than one month after the 40-year-old was ordered to be confined to his Santa Clara County home, wear a GPS tracker and not come within 300 yards of the alleged victims.
