decade, including a $700 million loss in 2009.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Associated Press <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/business-new-york-manhattan-donald-trump-896e245936aaf71d26b1c29c0070c8eb?utm_source=homepage&amp;utm_medium=TopNews&amp;utm_campaign=position_05\">reported on Wednesday<\/a> that Donald Bender, who has served as Trump\u2019s accountant and prepared Trump\u2019s personal tax returns for years, testified in the criminal tax fraud trial against the Trump Organization that Trump lost money in every year from 2009 to 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>The losses include net operating losses from some of the businesses he owns through the Trump Organization.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are losses for all these years,\u201d Bender said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bender was granted immunity to testify at the district attorney and New York attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a>\u2019s offices over potential financial misdeeds.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg\u2019s (D) criminal probe, in which Bender testified, the Trump Organization has been charged with helping top executives avoid paying income taxes on the compensation they received on top of their salaries.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Former CFO Allen Weisselberg pleaded guilty to 15 charges he faced for tax evasion in August. But has said that he came up with the plan alone, without Trump or his family knowing, the AP reported.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Bender\u2019s testimony came on the same day that the Supreme Court rejected an <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eal from Trump to prevent the\u00a0House Ways and Means Committee from obtaining his tax returns. House Democrats and Trump have been engaged in a battle over obtaining the returns for years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Trump refused to publicly release his tax returns during the 2016 presidential election, as is normal for most major presidential candidates, saying that he was under audit. But IRS regulations do not <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2016\/live-updates\/general-election\/real-time-fact-checking-and-analysis-of-the-first-presidential-debate\/fact-checker-trump-on-releasing-his-tax-returns-after-irs-audit\/\">prevent someone<\/a> from releasing their returns while under audit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>House Democrats have said they need to investigate how the IRS conducts routine presidential audits, while Trump\u2019s lawyers have denounced their attempts as politically motivated.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr3_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Despite the legal victory for the committee, they might not have much time to review the documents, as Republicans will retake the majority in the House in January and are likely to withdraw the committee\u2019s request to review the materials.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) is pursuing a civil suit against the Trump Organization, alleging that Trump inflated property values when working with potential\u00a0investors and deflated them on federal tax forms.<\/p>\n<p>Trump ripped the high court\u2019s ruling, calling it \u201cunprecedented\u201d and saying the institution \u201chas become nothing more than a political body.\u201d\n<\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
