case and are hoping there are more positive developments to come.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s still awaiting word on a fourth motion for bond after having the first three attempts denied by Judge Ural they believe could potentially put witnesses in danger due to tampering.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe other challenge that our imperfect system hasn\u2019t figured out a way to deal with other than reconsidering the issue of bond and changing circumstances of bond is [to] acknowledge for proof that may or may not come to trial, but the state brings that burden at this point in time,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd it\u2019s not a perfect system in the sense that we won\u2019t know until that point in time whether or not many of these statements that have been preferred by the state will come to pass. But at this point in time, I don\u2019t find any change in circumstances that would allow me or move me [to] changing my decision as to bond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Young Thug and Gunna, who were\u00a0arrested on racketeering charges in May as part of a 56-count indictment against their YSL collective, <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eared in court via video for a pre-trial hearing in Fulton County, Georgia last week.
