The data also refers to Kamolitdin Nuritdinov as Crypto Market\u2019s single founder and shareholder. Behzod\u00a0Achilov is also the single founder and shareholder of Crypto Trade NET.<\/p>\n<p>None of the platforms appear to have an operating website at the time of writing.<\/p>\n<p>According to the announcement, the NAPP has licensed the two companies based on the presidential decree issued in April 2022, which establishes rules for crypto assets circulation in Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCrypto shops are designed to provide easier access for citizens to buy or sell crypto assets,\u201d the statement said, adding:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe agency urges citizens to be as vigilant as possible and not to use the services of electronic platforms that have not received a license to operate on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the prescribed manner.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> comes shortly after the government of Uzbekistan blocked a number of major global crypto exchanges due to the absence of a proper license to offer crypto trading services.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related: <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Russia intends to launch a \u2018national crypto exchange\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The block affected crypto giants like Binance and Huobi, while users were reportedly still able to access their websites with the help of VPN services. After announcing the measures in August 2022, the NAPP has since apparently <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/napp.uz\/en\/press_center\/news\/information-statement2\/\">deleted<\/a> that statement.<\/p>\n<p>The latest licenses come amid Uzbekistan actively preparing to adopt a new crypto regulatory framework in a few months. Starting from Jan. 1, 2023, the government of Uzbekistan will <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/eurasianet.org\/uzbekistan-blocks-cryptocurrency-exchanges#:~:text=Under%20the%20regulations%2C%20cryptocurrency%20exchanges,licensed%20cryptocurrency%20exchanges%2C%20NAPP%20said.\">allow<\/a> the provision of crypto services to Uzbek citizens only by licensed cryptocurrency firms.<\/p>\n<p><template data-name=\"subscription_form\" data-type=\"markets_outlook\"><\/template><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
