The two-page court summons doesn\u2019t mention the BDSM teddy bears.<\/p>\n<p>Balenciaga is bringing the case \u201cto seek redress for extensive damages defendants caused in connection with an advertising campaign Balenciaga hired them to produce,\u201d the Manhattan Supreme Court summons alleges. <\/p>\n<div class=\"inline-slideshow\" data-component=\"inlineSlideshow\">\n<div Fashion Week and supported the company\u2019s spring\/summer 2023 collection.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, the company  <strong>i<\/strong>ssued an apology and<strong> <\/strong>announced it had pulled the teddy bear ads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe sincerely apologize for any offense our holiday campaign may have caused. Our plush bear bags should not have been featured with children in this campaign. We have immediately removed the campaign from all platforms,\u201d read the statement posted on Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Amid scrutiny of the contentious campaign, one eagle-eyed watchdog spotted the high court documents about child pornography laws.<\/p>\n<p>The company also apologized \u201cfor displaying unsettling documents in our campaign,\u201d and said it is \u201ctaking legal action against the parties responsible for creating the set and including un<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roved items for our Spring 23 campaign photoshoot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe strongly condemn abuse of children in any form. We stand for children\u2019s safety and well-being,\u201d the company concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the photographer of the bear ad, Gabriele Galimberti, wrote on Instagram he wasn\u2019t in control of the \u201cdirection of the campaign and the choice of the objects displayed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last month, the luxury brand became embroiled in another dispute after rapper and  fashion entrepreneur Kanye West \u2014 who has collaborated with the company\u2019s art director several times \u2013 <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/10\/19\/kanye-west-tells-piers-morgan-hes-not-sorry-for-anti-semitic-threats\/?_gl=1*5zkr2i*_ga*MTY4ODMzNDQ0OS4xNjQxMzMyMzMz*_ga_0DZ7LHF5PZ*MTY2OTQxMTQ3NS42Mi4xLjE2Njk0MTI3ODMuMC4wLjA.&amp;_ga=2.172821035.962706618.1669042332-1688334449.1641332333\">made anti-Seminitic threats<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Balenciaga, which has close ties with the rapper\u2019s ex Kim Kardashian and her family, has also cut ties with him.<\/p>\n<p>North Six and a rep for Des Jardins didn\u2019t immediately return a request for comment.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
