Three Arrow\u2019s Su Zhu reveals latest attempts at a comeback post-FTX &#8220;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.cointelegraph.com\/images\/840_aHR0cHM6Ly9zMy5jb2ludGVsZWdyYXBoLmNvbS91cGxvYWRzLzIwMjItMTEvM2Q0M2RhMjUtYTQ3MS00YmU5LThhOWMtNWNlNzUyM2VhZTk5LmpwZw==.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\" data-v-5129e2ea>Three Arrows Capital co-founder Su Zhu looks like he may be attempting a comeback amid the fallout over FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried \u2014 seen by some as the crypto industry\u2019s newest supervillain. <\/p>\n<p>After months of radio silence, Su Zhu remerged on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> on Nov. 9, the day after FTX revealed it was suffering from a \u201cliquidity crunch.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>As the FTX saga has unfolded, Zhu has continued to post on Twitter, offering sage advice through poetic metaphors, while tweeting veiled criticism of Sam Bankman-Fried and his handling of FTX. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">That being a better swimmer led to her death felt bizarre yet obvious<\/p>\n<p>The better she could swim the more she underestimated nature, how the difference between people is like the difference between grains of sand, just as theres no mighty grain there is also no mighty person<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Zhu Su  (@zhusu) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/zhusu\/status\/1590510217414201344?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 10, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>In his latest Nov. 27 Twitter thread Zhu revealed his next steps \u2014 the launch of a \u201clong-form video podcast <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>\u201d that discusses \u201clife, belief systems, and mental health\u201d which will be launched with a collaborator and friend named \u201cCliff.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>In the tweet, Zhu also makes reference to Allah, a sign some believe means he had converted to Islam. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Cliff and I will launch a longform video podcast series soon discussing life, belief systems, and mental health. <\/p>\n<p>Allah does not charge a soul except that which is within its capacity.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Zhu Su  (@zhusu) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/zhusu\/status\/1596966108703363072?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 27, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Recently, Zhu also hinted at creating a new trading firm in a Nov. 22 <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-11-22\/fallen-hedge-fund-3ac-s-founder-says-ftx-set-crypto-back-years\">interview<\/a> with Bloomberg saying it could be an \u201call-weather fund\u201d \u2014 made to perform reasonably through all market conditions \u2014 that invests in traditional financial assets and crypto.<\/p>\n<p>Zhu\u2019s latest quasi-announcement has attracted more criticism than support, however, with many drawing a contrast between his actions at 3AC with the ideologies presented in Islam. <\/p>\n<p>Blogger and nonfungible token (NFT) project founder Foobar <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/0xfoobar\/status\/1596984526391382016\">asked<\/a> \u201cwhat does Allah say about interest-bearing loans?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another user pointed out that interest is \u201charam\u201d, or forbidden under Islamic law.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Su: &#8220;sorry brah can&#8217;t pay back the loan its not Sharia-compliant&#8221; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eared on Twitter after months of radio silence, posting on Nov. 13 on Twitter that he\u2019d spent the last few months seemingly looking at grass and painting.<\/p>\n<p>He even appeared on CNBC\u2019s Squawk Box program on Nov. 16 to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SquawkCNBC\/status\/1592880164546961409\">allege<\/a> Alameda \u201chunted\u201d 3AC\u2019s positions.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">My initial process was to spend my time searching and understanding.
