Raphael Warnock (D) and Republican Herschel Walker next month.<\/p>\n<p>About two dozen Democrats or those who caucus with the party will be up for reelection, and several are expected to face stiff competition \u2014 some from within their own party.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Here are the eight most vulnerable Senate Democrats up for reelection in 2024:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sen_Joe_Manchin_D-WVa\"><\/span><strong>Sen. former President Trump won by close to 40 points in 2020 and is known for rattling Democrats and Republicans alike.<\/p>\n<p>He upset Democrats by refusing to support eliminating the filibuster and by announcing late last year he couldn\u2019t support President Biden\u2019s climate and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> spending reconciliation package.<\/p>\n<p>But he later angered the GOP when he announced a deal with Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) to pass a separate climate, health care and tax package.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"nlp-ignore-block article-content 2018. But he will almost certainly be among Republicans\u2019 top targets in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>At least one candidate has already jumped into the race to oust Manchin: Rep. Alex Mooney (R-W.Va.)\u00a0announced earlier this month\u00a0he would be making a bid against the senator.\u00a0And West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice (R) said Tuesday he\u2019s \u201cvery seriously\u201d considering a Senate run.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sen_Kyrsten_Sinema_D-Ariz\"><\/span><strong>Sen. Republicans will also likely view the state as a top pickup opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Sinema has defended keeping the filibuster in place and has leveraged her party\u2019s slim 50-50 Senate majority to notch concessions, including a deal she\u00a0negotiated with Schumer earlier this summer\u00a0that eliminated a carried interest loophole from Democrats\u2019 climate and health care spending package.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s left some senators like Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.)\u00a0expressing an openness\u00a0to endorsing primary challengers to Sinema and Manchin. Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.) has said he\u2019s been <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roached about challenging the Arizona centrist and has been openly critical of Sinema, but has not committed to mounting a bid.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr3_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Republicans, smarting from losses in the state in 2020 and 2022, are also eyeing the seat closely.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sen_Sherrod_Brown_D-Ohio\"><\/span><strong>Sen. Tim Ryan (D), who ran for retiring Sen. Rob Portman\u2019s (R) seat, lost his race against Republican Sen.-elect J.D. Vance.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr4_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>That\u2019s left some Democrats nervous and Republicans hopeful about 2024, though Brown\u2019s record of statewide wins in Ohio could mean he has a clearer path to victory than Ryan had.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sen_Jon_Tester_D-Mont\"><\/span><strong>Sen. The party held the governorship between 2005 and 2021 and has sent 14 Democrats to the Senate, including Tester, since 1900 compared to just five Republicans. But it\u2019s also a state that has gone overwhelmingly for the GOP presidential candidate \u2014 it voted for Mitt Romney in 2012 by more than 13 points and for Trump by 20 points and 16 points in 2016 and 2020 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Tester has been outspoken about his party\u2019s lack of outreach to rural voters,\u00a0saying in a podcast appearance earlier this year,\u00a0\u201cI honestly don\u2019t think the Democratic Party can be a majority party unless we start appealing to middle America a lot more\u201d \u2014 a theme that Democrats may have to grapple with in Montana and elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sen_Jacky_Rosen_D-Nev\"><\/span><strong>Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D) ultimately prevailed over her GOP challenger, Republicans could again see the state as a prime pickup opportunity two years later.<\/p>\n<p>A former synagogue president and computer programmer, Rosen won her first term in the Senate by 5 points against Sen. Dean Heller (R) in 2018, the only election that cycle where a Democrat ousted an incumbent Senate Republican.<\/p>\n<p>Nevada has emerged as a purple state. Cortez Masto won her race this year, but Gov. Steve Sisolak (D) was narrowly ousted by Republican Joe Lombardo. At the same time, the state\u2019s voters have gone for Democratic presidential nominees in the last four cycles, which could help Rosen in a presidential election year.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sen_Bob_Casey_D-Pa\"><\/span><strong>Sen. And while the senator is anti-abortion, in May he\u00a0announced supporting legislation\u00a0to codify abortion rights in light of a leaked Supreme Court draft ruling that indicated the high court would overturn Roe v. Ron Johnson won his own third term in 2022 by 1 percentage point.<\/p>\n<p>Baldwin made history when she became the first woman from Wisconsin to serve in the Senate in addition to being the first openly gay candidate to be elected to the upper chamber.
