He will also be responsible for half of their kids\u2019 healthcare expenses not covered by insurance, as well as 50% of their security and education costs, including tuition.<\/p>\n<p>The former couple has agreed to participate in <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tion for at least three hours if a dispute arises. If one of them fails to engage, the other gets sole decision-making power, the filing states.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the items the couple must agree on include enrollment in a new school, therapy or counseling for the children, and participation in regularly scheduled religious activities, according to the document.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/10\/07\/kanye-west-wont-compromise-with-kim-kardashian-over-kids-school\/\">West has pushed for his kids<\/a> to attend his beleaguered Donda Academy, but it appears from the agreement that the kids are staying put at Sierra Canyon.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/west-kardashian-divorce-04.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"Kim Kardashian and Kanye West\" class=\"wp-image-24833508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/west-kardashian-divorce-04.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/west-kardashian-divorce-04.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/11\/west-kardashian-divorce-04.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>Kim Kardashian and Kanye West attend the Balenciaga show as part of Paris Fashion Week on March 1, 2020.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Per the filing, the children can\u2019t move more than 60 miles from Kardashian\u2019s Hidden Hills home before they finish high school or turn 19, whichever comes first, without the other parent\u2019s consent or a court order.<\/p>\n<p>Kardashian got the bizarre monochromatic mansion \u2014 where West obsessed over each detail \u2014 in October 2021 after a buyout was negotiated.<\/p>\n<p>The pair split up their extensive real estate\u00a0portfolio, with West on the hook to transfer one Hidden Hills property to Kardashian within 20 business days of execution of the agreement and Kardashian signing over a Calabasas property in return.<\/p>\n<p>Kardashian is slated to keep homes in Malibu, Riverside, Calif., and Harrison, Idaho, while West is keeping various Southern California properties in addition to his Wyoming ranch, Belgium bachelor pad and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/entertainment\/tv\/ct-ent-kanye-west-childhood-home-chicago-lawsuit-20200515-mt2b5ynd6ngepjka73eepidoym-story.html\">Chicago childhood home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Also according to the document, each parent will have access to the kids on special days, such as their birthdays. In January, West claimed he was <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/01\/15\/kanye-west-claims-kardashians-refused-to-let-him-see-daughter-chicago\/\">initially shut out<\/a> of daughter Chicago\u2019s birthday party. Both sides waived spousal support.<\/p>\n<p>The Post reached out for comment from representatives of Kardashian and West. It\u2019s unclear if the signed agreement has gone before a judge. A trial readiness conference was scheduled for Dec. 14.
