(Photo by Jordan Strauss\/Invision\/AP)<\/figcaption><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>SEOUL, South Korea (AP) \u2014 Award-winning \u201cSquid Game\u201d actor Oh Young-soo will stand trial on charges of indecent assault after a woman accused him of in<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ropriately touching her in 2017, a South Korean court said.<\/p>\n<p>The district court in Seongnam city said Thursday that prosecutors indicted the 78-year-old <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/emmy-awards-entertainment-social-media-asia-55b3e487835c87991006f5bb2b118b15\" data-ylk=\"slk:Emmy nominee\" class=\"link rapid-noclick-resp\">Emmy nominee<\/a> last week over the allegations and that his trial will begin in February. Kim Myeong-un, an official at Seongnam\u2019s district prosecutors\u2019 office, said it could not confirm specific details about Oh\u2019s case, which was first reported by local <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> last week.<\/p>\n<p>According to the reports, the unidentified woman originally filed a complaint against Oh in December 2021, accusing him of making unwanted physical contact during a meeting in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Oh did not answer multiple calls by the Associated Press seeking comments.<\/p>\n<p>South Korean cable channel JTBC said Oh denied wrongdoing when reached by a reporter, saying that he had only held the woman\u2019s hands to \u201cshow her the way\u201d as they walked around a lake.
