And yes, I\u2019m on steroids,\u201d he admitted late Thursday, days after his $11,000-a-month habit was exposed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m making this video to apologize \u2014 because I f\u2014ed up,\u201d the primal-lifestyle fraud, real name Brian Johnson, said in his mea culpa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause I\u2019m embarrassed and ashamed \u2014 because I lied and I misled a lot of people,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have only myself to blame. I did that, and it was all wrong,\u201d he said, vowing to \u201cbe better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Johnson said he \u201cdug [himself] into a bigger and deeper hole\u201d every time he lied on podcasts by denying ever using steroids and instead putting his almost cartoonish figure down to his nine ancestral tenants as well as his own brand of meat supplements.<\/p>\n<p>He put his steroid use down to \u201cself-esteem issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is why I f\u2014ing work myself to death in the gym.
