In resolving these claims, we are holding ourselves to that objective,\u201d Scherr said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Hertz anticipates recovering a \u201cmeaningful portion\u201d of the settlement amount from its insurance carriers. The Estero, Fla.-based company doesn\u2019t expect the resolution of the claims to have a material impact on its capital allocation plans for the balance of the year or for 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Hertz filed for\u00a0bankruptcy protection\u00a0in 2020, as it struggled under heavy debt and a drop in <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> caused by the pandemic.
