I was happy to take the fine, but then they kept digging, and digging, and digging,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll my cars are off the road because they\u2019re all bloody dangerous, apparently.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou gotta just be a bit more careful about what you do online \u2013 you\u2019re in the spotlight all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Police have charged Mr Eyles with multiple offences, alleging he performed several dangerous manoeuvres in a \u201cheavily modified vehicle\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>They will allege he bought the \u201cclown car\u201d, which has a fuel system made up of a plastic jerry can attached to a rubber hose, and made extra modifications.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe then allegedly performed \u201cstunts\u201d in the vehicle on multiple occasions, including repeated burnouts, front wheel stands and in one instance a tug of war between the car and a group of men holding a snatch strap,\u201d a Queensland Police statement said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe car was also crashed at speed in Beerwah, rolling down an embankment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVision of the driving was then shared across various social media channels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Police said an investigation into\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@sammyeyles\">Mr Eyles\u2019 online activity<\/a>, prompted a search warrant for his property.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolice, with the assistance of the Department of Transport and Main Roads, conducted an inspection of the vehicles at the address, which were subsequently grounded for allegedly being grossly defective and non-compliant,\u201d Queensland Police said.<\/p>\n<p>Police confirmed the clown car and another vehicle were seized.<\/p>\n<p>Nine others in Mr Eyles\u2019 network were also issued 70 Traffic Infringement Notices with a combined total of 99 associated demerit points.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Eyles said this some of those penalised lost their licences as a result.<\/p>\n<p>Craig Hawkins, Sunshine Coast District Superintendent, said police would not turn a blind eye to flagrant law-breaking on the state\u2019s roads, lashing Mr Eyles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPutting not only your own life at risk but those of your mates for the sake of social media notoriety is childish and selfish behaviour,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSharing these antics with his large contingent of online followers has come at a significant financial cost, both in fines and the loss of vehicles,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur message to anyone taking part in foolish and high-risk activities or thinking you can push modified, unsafe vehicles to the limit is that we will continue to target you, investigate and take action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The investigation has so far cost Mr Eyles and his mates a potential $27,800 in total and are \u201clikely to be issued and additional offences\u201d upon further investigation by Queensland Police.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Elyes was arrested at the residence and charged with; two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle (type 1 offence), dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of careless driving, permit drive defective vehicle (major defect unsafe, drive defective vehicle (major defect unsafe), two counts of drive with passenger unrestrained, drive unrestrained, and passenger fail to wear seat belt.<\/p>\n<p>Under the state\u2019s strict driving laws, determined hoons in Queensland face fines of up to $5338, and\/or six months in prison and have their vehicles impounded or immobilised.<\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
