And while the mere presence of this seemingly frightening figure continues to be concerning, at least the momma bear can hopefully sleep a <em>bit<\/em> easier at night knowing there is a plan in place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Kim Finally Celebrates Divorce From Kanye West With Miami Outing!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>According to court documents first obtained by\u00a0<em>TMZ<\/em> on Monday afternoon, the 42-year-old reality TV star was granted a restraining order against an alleged stalker. The man was identified in court on Monday as\u00a0<strong>Andre Persaud<\/strong>. Documents filed along with the order claim he supposedly showed up at Kim\u2019s house \u201cat least three times\u201d back in August.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-638f7c81b0a42-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>arently, Persaud had been posting about Kim on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a>. He claimed to know her, and tried to seek her out at her home in the Calabasas area. Kim also revealed in the court docs that Persaud allegedly claimed she \u201chad been communicating with him telepathically.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlight\">Creepy AF\u2026<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>That\u2019s not true, of course. And it\u2019s not something to laugh about, either. Kim is rightfully concerned about Persaud\u2019s mental health after comments like that. Plus,\u00a0<em>TMZ<\/em> reports the man also previously claimed to be armed. So, when he showed up at Kim\u2019s house in August, her team was understandably very worried that things could escalate to physical violence.<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-638f7c81b0a46-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>That\u2019s all taken care of now, though \u2014 at least from a legal perspective. On Monday, a judge granted the restraining order to Kim after her team filed the ask in court. Based on the terms of the new court order, Persaud must stay at least 100 yards away from Kim at all times.\u00a0He is also\u00a0banned from owning or possessing a gun. And any firearms he currently owns must be surrendered immediately to police.<\/p>\n<p>The order is valid for the next five years.\u00a0So, that\u2019s good. Back in May of 2021, she got a restraining order against another man who claimed to be in love with her. The reality TV veteran has been fighting off various stalkers at different points in her life for well over a decade now. Other members of her famous family have grappled with those same concerns in the recent past, too.<\/p>\n<p>This is certainly one very bad part about living life in the public eye. Of course, Kim has all the resources in the world for incredible home security. But the unsettling uncertainty people\u2019s behavior in times like this certainly isn\u2019t good for her peace of mind \u2014 especially after the terrifying Paris incident where she was robbed at gunpoint.
