data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> at Madison Square Garden \u2014 with video of the clash going viral \u2014 has become the latest firm to sue the arena over its ban of lawyers whose clients have MSG gripes. <\/p>\n<p>The five lawyers of Greenberg Law PC claim an MSG attorney told them on Nov. 28 \u2013 the same day they filed a lawsuit on behalf of punch victim Joseph Urciuoli \u2014 they are now barred from entering any MSG-owned venues, according to a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Two of the firm\u2019s lawyers \u2014 Alan Greenberg and Joseph DePaola \u2014 have tickets to upcoming MSG venue events that they\u2019re no longer allowed to attend. <\/p>\n<p>DePaola has tickets to see the Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall with his wife and kids, ages 7 and 5, on Sunday and Greenberg has tickets to see co<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>n Jerry Seinfeld at                                           <\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>MSG\u2019s ban has essentially \u201caccused\u201d the firm of \u201cunethical behavior without any evidence\u201d that will damage their reputation. And the ban will \u201cintimidate and dissuade potential clients from contacting [the firm] to pursue potential litigation against MSG, its events or venues,\u201d the suit claims.<\/p>\n<p>Greenberg law wants a judge to overturn the prohibition. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMSG\u2019s position about the ethical implications of an attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>earing at one of their venues is completely misguided,\u201d DePaola told The Post. \u201cThere is no support for the position, no evidence that anybody is going to go up to a bartender or a hotdog vendor and start asking questions about ongoing litigation because we are there for some unrelated event.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/madison-square-garden-knicks-game.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"Madison Square Garden is pictured\" class=\"wp-image-24946439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/madison-square-garden-knicks-game.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1535 1536w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/madison-square-garden-knicks-game.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/madison-square-garden-knicks-game.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=512 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"\/><figcaption>Madison Square Garden has banned at least four law firms from its venues because of ongoing litigation.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>DePaola said he\u2019s disappointed he can\u2019t attend the Christmas show with his family.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLiving in Manhattan \u2014 we have two young kids \u2014 we try to take advantage of everything the city has to offer and it\u2019s obviously tremendously disappointing,\u201d DePaola said. \u201cIt\u2019s not a happy feeling by any stretch to have your kids and your wife pay the penalty for what is a very unfair policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It is at least the fourth law firm to be barred from MSG this year due to ongoing litigation with the historic sports arena. <\/p>\n<p>One of the firms, Davidoff Hutcher &amp; Citron, filed suit in October to nullify the embargo of its 60 lawyers.
