I\u2019m not going to do it.\u2019 He said \u2018Jackie, why don\u2019t you try last time. I said OK, this is the last time.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chan went on to say that he received a call from Ratner and Tucker after the movie was released. They told him, \u201cDude, we\u2019re a huge success. We\u2019re 70 million in the first weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor me, I don\u2019t have a count of what 70 million is,\u201d Chan said. \u201cI don\u2019t know the box office. I just know it\u2019s certainly a success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cAnd then they made part 2 and part 3.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRush Hour\u201d became a major box office hit, grossing $244 million worldwide.
