You could also create a cradle shape that keeps you on your back with your head facing upward. You can build a neck support based on what suits your comfort level \u2013 for instance, I like my pillows thicker at the neck and thinner at the back of my head.<\/p>\n<p>Building your modular pillow is incredibly intuitive \u2013 unzip the pillow and add adjustment pods in areas where you want a thicker pillow.
