On-chain data further <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/etherscan.io\/address\/0x6cc5f688a315f3dc28a7781717a9a798a59fda7b#tokentxns\">confirms<\/a> that OKX processed no transactions during this timeline. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2022-12\/9a058a16-0916-4628-84e9-a8c5504f2055.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Partial list of\u00a0Alibaba Cloud&#8217;s global infrastructure. Source: Alibaba Cloud<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Alibaba Cloud\u2019s website shows that the Hong Kong (China) server hosts three availability zones, which have been operational since 2014. The cloud provider <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alibabacloud.com\/notice\/repair1218?spm=a3c0i.7927650.4953345300.1.40aa7cc3GkssLf\">confirmed<\/a> the outage through an official announcement, as shown below.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2022-12\/30dc75a5-0bb9-4478-89ca-6367945b39e6.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Alibaba Cloud&#8217;s official announcement about service disruption that affected OKX&#8217;s service.
