The Specials, has died at the age of 63. The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> was announced on Monday evening in a statement from his band. No cause of death was given, with the statement informing fans Hall passed after a brief illness.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            &#8220;Terry was a wonderful husband and father and one of the kindest, funniest, and most genuine of souls,&#8221; The Specials tweeted. &#8220;His music and his performances encapsulated the very essence of life\u2026 the joy, the pain, the humour, the fight for justice, but mostly the love. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him and leaves behind the gift of his remarkable music and profound humanity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>            The Specials are best known for their <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a>ly and politically alert 2 tone hits &#8220;Ghost Town,&#8221; &#8220;Gangsters,&#8221; and &#8220;Too Much Too Young.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">It is with great sadness that we announce the passing, following a brief illness, of Terry, our beautiful friend, brother and one of the most brilliant singers, songwriters and lyricists this country has ever produced. In his own statement, Staples said he was \u201cdeeply saddened\u201d by the news of Hall&#8217;s death.<\/p>\n<p>            \u201cWe knew Terry had been unwell but didn\u2019t realise how serious until recently,\u201d he <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NevilleStaple\/status\/1604975480704221184\">wrote<\/a>. \u201cWe had only just confirmed some 2023 joint music agreements together. This has hit me hard and must be extremely difficult for Terry\u2019s wife and family.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            In addition to The Specials and Fun Boy Three, who released their self-titled debut LP in 1982 and 1983&#8217;s Waiting before splitting, Hall also formed the Colourfield. That band released two albums, 1985\u2019s <i>Virgins and Philistines<\/i> and 1987\u2019s <i>Deception<\/i>.
