But 14 years is a maximum, how long is she really looking at? We\u2019re talking months, right? Well, sort of. The US government is saying they want her in jail for <em>120 months<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Iowa Sports Reporter Delivers Super-Snarky Blizzard Report!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>In court documents obtained by <em>People<\/em> on Friday, the government explained their reasoning for requesting Jen get a full 10 years, saying the Bravolebrity \u201ctook a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> of increasingly extravagant steps to conceal her criminal conduct from the authorities\u201d and \u201cengaged in a years-long, comprehensive effort to hide her continued role in the scheme\u201d:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63a645bdecf48-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cFor nearly a decade, the defendant was an integral leader of a wide-ranging, nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme that victimized thousands of innocent people. Many of those people were elderly or vulnerable. Many of those people suffered significant financial hardship and damage. At the defendant\u2019s direction, victims were defrauded over and over again until they had nothing left. She and her co-conspirators persisted in their conduct until the victims\u2019 bank accounts were empty, their credit cards were at their limits, and there was nothing more to take.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Decade of victimizing, decade of prison? Oof.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>The documents also argued the reality TV star is \u201cthe most culpable person charged in this case,\u201d meaning she should get the biggest sentence. They also say her behavior after her arrest should warrant a longer sentence, including when she \u201con a public offensive against the charges and tried to profit off the charges by selling \u2018Justice for Jen\u2019 merchandise\u201d. They even blast her so-called apologies, saying her \u201cbelated expressions of remorse ring hollow.\u201d Because of all this, the legal system believes 10 YEARS in jail is \u201csufficient.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63a645bdecf4c-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Will she really get that long??<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Bravo<\/strong> star won\u2019t be back on the show anytime soon, either way. You may remember during <strong>BravoCon 2022<\/strong> executive producer\u00a0<strong>Andy Cohen\u00a0<\/strong>revealed once season 3 was done, that was the end of \u201cthe engagement\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cOnce we wr<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed [Season 3 and] she pled guilty, I think that was kind of, unfortunately, the end of, you know, the engagement there.
