Such signals would include visits to early primary states testing the waters for a formal campaign launch. \u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr2_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>But there has been very little movement from any prospective Biden challengers, including progressives who might be inclined to challenge the president. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Democratic donors and fundraisers also say there isn\u2019t much discussion of anyone else other than the president running for the Democratic presidential nomination.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s zero talk of anyone else right now,\u201d one donor said. \u201cAll eyes on Biden.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr3_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p><strong>Biden has told allies he\u2019s in<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Biden in recent months has told everyone from former President Obama to close aides and allies that while he\u2019s \u201ca great believer in fate,\u201d as he often puts it, he fully expects to run for the White House again.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Asked by NBC\u2019s Kristen Welker at a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> conference last month about what he would say to the two-thirds of Americans who didn\u2019t think he should run for reelection, he had a simple retort: \u201cWatch me.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr4_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>Biden is known to keep a tight circle of advisers, and they\u2019re also sending signals that another\u00a0run is more than likely.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, White House chief of staff Ron Klain told attendees at The Wall Street Journal\u2019s CEO Council conference that Biden would likely make an announcement following the holiday season and Klain said he believes \u201cthe decision will be to do it,\u201d according to a report in The New York Times.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details of a Biden campaign are beginning to surface<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A presidential campaign takes\u00a0considerable\u00a0work and help, and there are some signs that Biden is already preparing by sounding out candidates for key positions and considering where to locate his campaign headquarters. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Names of\u00a0a potential campaign manager and other senior staff are already beginning to appear in print and in closed-door conversations among top Democrats.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s the natural progression for any imminent campaign,\u201d one strategist said. \u201cThose conversations are happening months before a launch.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A report in The Washington Post out last week said Biden\u2019s team, together with the Democratic National Committee, is already considering how to fine tune their digital operation, with White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty expected to play a similar role on the 2024 campaign. At the same time, as the initial search begins for senior aides, Politico ran a piece listing the top contenders for campaign manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Wall Street Journal reported last week that Biden aides are considering whether their campaign headquarters would be located in Philadelphia \u2014 the site of Biden\u2019s 2020 campaign headquarters \u2014 or Wilmington. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe absolutely number one sign is people starting to complain about the idea of moving to Delaware possibly,\u201d Democratic strategist Eddie Vale quipped when asked if it looked like Biden was running for reelection.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr5_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p><strong>The White House has a campaign message\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When Biden hit the road for the midterms, he was test driving a message, one that White House allies suggest he\u2019ll likely use for his own reelection bid.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One ally said Biden will continue to make the choice clear for voters between \u201cextreme MAGA Republicans\u201d \u2014 as the president has dubbed them \u2014 and Democrats.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s part of an effort to tie all Republicans to former President Trump and his \u201cMake American Great Again\u201d movement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr6_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>\u201cThis election is not a referendum,\u201d Biden said last month at Florida Memorial University. \u201cIt\u2019s a choice. It\u2019s a choice between two vastly different visions for America.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>First lady Jill Biden says they\u2019re ready<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Anyone looking for clues about a Biden run was surely intrigued by the reports of the first lady\u2019s conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron earlier this month at the White House State Dinner. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jill Biden told the French leader that she and her husband are ready for the reelection campaign, The New York Times reported.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr7_ab\"><\/aside>\n<p>The admission began when the first lady told Macron and others that her fitness routine helps her \u201cclear her head,\u201d particularly on the campaign trail. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This prompted Macron to ask if she\u2019s ready for the reelection campaign. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The first lady said yes, which led the French president to\u00a0make a \u201cplayful\u201d\u00a0toast to Biden\u2019s reelection campaign at their table.
