Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear like it will be bad.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Thankfully, it appears that flooding will be minimal,&#8221; Poloncarz said.<\/p>\n<p>He said that electricity had been restored to all county residents.<\/p>\n<p>As Buffalo dug itself out of the once-in-a-generation storm, there has been mounting criticism of the response of the authorities with Poloncarz calling the city&#8217;s handling &#8220;embarrassing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp;
