Footage of the incident showed several men kicking and punching Z-Ro, who was curled up in a ball on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>Trae Tha Truth could be seen restraining the men attacking Z-Ro, before he and his entourage appeared to make verbal threats until police ultimately intervened.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit300\" class=\"adUnits\" inserted=\"shortcode\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Z-Ro spoke with <em>TMZ<\/em> about the incident and claimed Trae and his entourage ambushed him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[I was] minding my business and when I walked outside, I\u2019m called over to the side of sprinter van and [Trae] was like, \u2018Ay, when you get finished doin\u2019 that, come take this walk with me right quick,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was like, \u2018You talkin\u2019 to me?\u2019 I had to make sure he was talking to me \u2019cause I mean, I see you everywhere, you see me everywhere. So when I walked over there, the only thing I saw after that was this [gestures to being punched in the face].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trae refuted Z-Ro\u2019s claim, explaining that they had spoken the day after the fight and blamed it on family drama that had been brewing for years.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mobile outerAdHatch\">\n<div class=\"ad-border\">\n<div class=\"innerAdHatch\">\n<div id=\"contentUnit400\" class=\"adUnits\" inserted=\"shortcode\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t no 7-on-1 situation. It wasn\u2019t no blindside ambush. That\u2019s not what this is. This is family business, internal stuff that\u2019s been going on for 10, 15 years that\u2019s probably been building up and just spilled over into shit,\u201d Trae said in a since-deleted Instagram video.<\/p>\n<p>Days after Trae\u2019s comments, <em>TMZ<\/em> shared a video that disputed his version of what happened that night.
