Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear as if they worked at the famed East Village dive bar to drum up business.<\/p>\n<p>Eva Pepaj, who starred in a Diet Coke ad campaign; swimsuit model Lina Posada; and television personality Dessie Mitcheson, who appeared on \u201cThe Amazing Race,\u201d filed a lawsuit last week alleging the gin mill used photos without proper permission to advertise upcoming events. <\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit also claims the photos were altered by the restaurant to make it seem as though the women either worked at or endorsed the club, which they did not.  <\/p>\n<p>In one of the photos, Pepaj \u2014 whose work includes runway modeling and roles in <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp;
