Hamlin was administered CPR on the field and taken to the hospital in an ambulance. The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> was temporarily suspended in wake of the injury before being postponed for the evening. <\/p>\n<p>ESPN cut in and out of break multiple times as Joe Buck and Troy Aikman spoke somberly about what was transpiring on the field, as the players on both teams knelt down in prayer and fought back tears. What we do know is he needed CPR, and that in itself is terrifying.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McFarland, who had a nine-year career as a player and has been covering the NFL as an analyst for over a decade, said, \u201cit\u2019s something like we\u2019ve never seen before. I\u2019ve never been a part of it, never heard about it. You hate to keep repeating the same thing but all you can do is pray for this young man right now. Anytime you bring CPR into effect, hopefully they\u2019ve gotten word, <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m sure he has family out there, hopefully the Bills and the doctors are communicating with the family. I can only imagine what my family would [be thinking]. They\u2019d want updates of what\u2019s going on, just to make sure in real-time. That\u2019s somebody\u2019s son, somebody\u2019s brother, somebody\u2019s father. They want to know what\u2019s going on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ESPN reported that Hamlin\u2019s family was at the game in Cincinnati, and that his mother <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a>ed with him to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Schefter said that \u201cit\u2019s chilling to watch it \u2014 you can just see on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a>, every single team, player and person offering up their prayers to Damar Hamlin. The players were sent to the locker room and the game doesn\u2019t matter. The game is so secondary to everything else. No one cares about the game.
