I\u2019m in pain every night.. There is not a single second when I\u2019m not aware of the pain in my foot.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dolatabadi\u2019s Manhattan Supreme Court suit accuses Finley of breaking her toes and ribs, giving her a concussion as well as cuts, bruises and an injury to her ear trying and once to strangle her. I have people in high places\u201d before leaving her \u201cbleeding and concussed on the floor of the bathroom,\u201d the filing charges.  <\/p>\n<p>During the incident, Finley sl<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed Dolatabadi so hard on her ear that she was stuck on the bathroom floor for two days \u201cthrowing up and oozing liquid from her ear,\u201d the court papers say. <\/p>\n<p>When she asked to go to the doctor Finley \u2014 who had started drinking \u201c1.75 liters of bourbon a day\u201d \u2014 said \u201che was an ENT doctor and she didn\u2019t need another one,\u201d the suit claims.<\/p>\n<p>In other attacks, Finley allegedly threatened to turn her into the immigration authorities \u2013 once saying \u201cI\u2019ll send your terrorist ass back to Iran.\u201d He also threatened to \u201cdisfigure\u201d her and said if she hurt his career he will \u201chave to kill\u201d her, the court papers claim.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline-slideshow\" \u201cslammed a door on her foot\u201d on Oct. 3, 2020, and during a Dec. 17, 2021 attack he pushed her on the floor re-injuring the \u201cpreviously operated on right foot\u201d \u2013 again breaking the same toe, the suit claims.<\/p>\n<p>Dolatabadi found out she was pregnant with Finley\u2019s baby in February 2022. Despite, knowing of her pregnancy, her then-boyfriend kicked her in the stomach on March 31, 2021, the suit alleges.<\/p>\n<p>Dolatabadi went to an obstetrician on April 2 where the doctor told her she had miscarried and it was likely due to the fight from three days prior, the court papers claim. <\/p>\n<p>In the car that same day Finley flew into a rage and allegedly punched Dolatabadi in the face, breaking her sunglasses and cutting her forehead, the filing claims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou deserve this, what kind of kid wants you for a mother?\u201d he allegedly told her, according to the suit.<\/p>\n<p>After another alleged attack on May 19, 2022, Dolatabadi finally \u201cresolved to escape the violence,\u201d the suit says.<\/p>\n<p>Dolatabadi\u2019s lawyer Kenneth Belkin told The Post his client couldn\u2019t work for two years because of her foot injury. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"811\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/nora-phone-01.jpg?w=811\" alt=\"Dolatabadi's destroyed cell phone.\" class=\"wp-image-25213290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/nora-phone-01.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1622 1622w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/nora-phone-01.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=1216 1216w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/nora-phone-01.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=811 811w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/nora-phone-01.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all&amp;w=405 405w, https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/01\/nora-phone-01.jpg?quality=75&amp;strip=all 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 811px) 100vw, 811px\"\/><figcaption>In one alleged incident Dolatabadi claims Finley destroyed her phone including by putting it in the microwave.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Courtesy of Kenneth Belkin<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cYou can\u2019t do a [hospital] rotation as a dentist if you have broken toes,\u201d Belkin said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe is an immigrant to this country from Iran and worked very hard to become a dentist and it was not easy,\u201d Belkin said.  \u201cShe has essentially been robbed of this by this man\u2019s action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Finley\u2019s lawyer Thomas Rotko told The Post that his client sought an order of protection in Family Court against Dolatabadi in July 2022 after the pair\u2019s relationship \u201cdeteriorated\u201d \u2014 and that since then, she \u201chas chased and pursued him from one courthouse to the next.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rotko claimed that Dolatabadi has refused to move out of the apartment the pair shared, prompting the landlord to bring an eviction case against her. He said she then made a criminal complaint against Finley, but noted that his client hasn\u2019t been indicted in the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow comes yet another lawsuit, filed after he refused her demand that he pay her $800,000 \u2013 or $300,000 but only he reconciled with her,\u201d Rotko said. \u201cIn every forum, he has vigorously denied these false allegations and he looks forward to being vindicated in court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Belkin responded that Finley\u2019s Family Court case was \u201cretaliatory to try to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> the system to get her out [of their apartment] even though he had already been put out of the apartment by an order of protection in criminal court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Belkin also said that the landlord brought an eviction case because, \u201cMr. Finley stopped paying the rent on the apartment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said that his client sent Finley a legal demand letter in early November giving \u201cample time\u201d for the estranged couple to try to settle before she filed her lawsuit, and that she had only previously offered to get back together with Finley under the condition that he receive professional help for the alleged drinking.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
