Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">download<\/a>, according to reports late Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p> Researchers at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.privacyaffairs.com\/200-million-twitter-data-leak\/\" class=\"icon none\">Privacy Affairs reported<\/a> the leaked data includes account names, handles, creation dates, follower counts and email addresses, and that the data could be used for phishing, doxxing or to hack users\u2019 Twitter accounts.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/technology\/2023\/01\/04\/witter-leak-emails-handles\/\" class=\"icon none\">The Washington Post reported<\/a> that because the leak includes email addresses used to register accounts, anonymous whistleblowers or political dissidents around the world could be exposed to the risk of arrest, violence or extortion attempts.
