Good for her!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Romance Author Allegedly FAKED Death By Suicide, Pops Back Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>While he did not disclose what the argument was about (at least not in the excerpt), Harry wrote:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63b7509fd4319-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cMaybe the wine went to my head. Maybe the weeks of battling the press had worn me down. For some reason, when the conversation took an unexpected turn, I became touchy. Then angry. Disproportionately, sloppily angry.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the <strong>BetterUp<\/strong> CIO, the <em>Suits<\/em> alum said something he \u201ctook the wrong way\u201d due to cultural differences and a language barrier which caused him to clap back harshly. He explained:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI was also just over-sensitive that night. I thought: \u2018Why\u2019s she having a go at me?\u2019 I sn<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ed at her, spoke to her harshly [and] cruelly. As the words left my mouth, I could feel everything in the room come to a stop. The gravy stopped bubbling, the molecules of air stopped orbiting. Even <strong>Nina Simone<\/strong> seemed to pause.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63b7509fd431d-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The <em>Archetypes <\/em>podcast host then disappeared for a \u201cfull 15 minutes\u201d before Harry eventually found her sitting alone in their bedroom. Without hesitation, she told him never to treat her like that again, he recalled:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cShe was calm, but said in a quiet, level tone that she would never stand for being spoken to like that. I nodded.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>He then suggested he had learned this kind of behavior from the adults around him during his childhood, such as his parents <strong>Princess Diana<\/strong> and <strong>King Charles III<\/strong> (and his stepmother<strong> Queen Camilla<\/strong>), adding:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63b7509fd4320-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cShe wanted to know where it came from. I don\u2019t know. [She asked,] \u2019Where did you ever hear a man speak like that to a woman? She laid it all out, super-clear.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>An apology also wasn\u2019t enough for the actress since they both \u201cknew\u201d his outburst had nothing to do with the actual conversation, the former military pilot went on:<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63b7509fd4327-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt came from somewhere deep inside, somewhere that needed to be excavated, and it was obvious that I could use some help with the job. \u2018I\u2019ve tried therapy,\u2019 I told her. \u2018Willy [<strong>Prince William<\/strong>] told me to go. Never found the right person.\u2019 [It] didn\u2019t work. \u2018No,\u2019 she said softly. \u2018Try again.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And he did! After the argument, Harry became a huge advocate for therapy and mental health treatment. During an October 2022 appearance at the <strong>Masters of Scale Summit<\/strong>, he shared:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe moment I started doing therapy, it opened my eyes. I was moving through life thinking there was only one way to live. And therapy burst that bubble. \u2026 All of a sudden, I realized that now I have perspective and a great understanding of my value. I regained confidence that I never thought I had.\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\">\n<div id=\"section-63b7509fd432b-paragraph-slot\" class=\"lazyload-unit\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Seeing as he struggled with drug and alcohol use following the untimely death of his mother, we\u2019re sure he had a lot to unpack, too. In another portion of the memoir, Harry also acknowledged how much anxiety he had growing up, such as the fear of entering open or crowded places. The father of two shared:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI was an agoraphobe. Which was nearly impossible given my public role. After one speech, which couldn\u2019t be avoided or canceled, and during which I\u2019d nearly fainted, Willy came up to me backstage. Laughing, \u2018Harold! Look at you! You\u2019re drenched.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>He went on to say he \u201ccouldn\u2019t fathom\u201d the reaction since his brother had witnessed his first panic attack, so he knew how serious it was. Thankfully he got the help he needed and he and Meg are seemingly in a better place now!
