The services are available on Apple Pay, bank cards and transfers, MetaMask noted.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> comes soon after Wyre CEO Ioannis Giannaros reportedly <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2023\/01\/03\/wyre-shutdown-crypto-winter\">announced<\/a> to employees that the firm is going to soon shutdown operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe&#8217;ll continue to do everything we can, but I want everyone to brace themselves for the fact that we will need to unwind the business over the next couple of weeks,\u201d Giannaros reportedly stated.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Related: <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>2023 could be a rocky year for crypto venture investments: Galaxy Research<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MetaMask did not immediately respond to Cointelegraph\u2019s request to comment.\u00a0Wyre did not respond to several press inquiries from Cointelegraph.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2013 in San Francisco, Wyre is a major crypto payment firm that came close to being acquired for $1.5 billion last year. In April 2022, the United States e-commerce startup Bolt agreed\u00a0to acquire Wyre.
